Hartmann Recruitment is hiring a fully remote Dutch-speaking customer support specialist based in mainland Portugal. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers across the full journey from order issue to resolution, handling queries via phone, email and chat, managing returns and refunds, and coordinating with carriers.

Shifts run on rotation, 40 hours per week, with gross salary between €1,500 and €1,600 per month plus a performance bonus. Living in mainland Portugal and a valid NIF are required.

Qualificações

• Must speak native or near-native Dutch.
• English at B2 level for training and internal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to make decisions independently.
• Experience with back-office processes or SAP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer queries via phone, email and chat.
• Manage returns, refunds and payments.
• Investigate delivery issues and coordinate with carriers.
• Review orders and handle business-related requests.
• Collaborate with financial institutions and internal teams as needed.
• Apply PCI and GDPR standards when handling sensitive data.
• Use internal Knowledge Base and escalate complex cases.
