Freedom Recruitment seeks a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor to work fully remotely from Portugal. You will handle Dutch-language support via phone, chat, and email, manage CRM tickets, and resolve login and service issues with clear, patient communication.

The role requires C1-level Dutch and at least B2 English, with the option to grow into senior or specialized customer support positions over time. Training is provided and equipment is supplied.

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency at C1 level with strong English skills (B2 or above).
• Experience with web-based platforms, online services or digital products is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and good organization.
• Comfortable with computers, multiple browser tabs, and standard software tools.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a home-office setting.
• Must be residing in Portugal with a quiet home workspace.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day customer support in Dutch via phone, chat, and email.
• Log, track, and update customer requests accurately in the CRM database.
• Troubleshoot account, login, and service issues with practical, step-by-step solutions.
• Deliver clear, helpful answers in a patient and professional manner.
• Follow standard operating procedures and meet agreed customer satisfaction standards.
