CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Support Specialists for a remote role based in Portugal. In this position, you will support a major international e-commerce platform, assisting customers and sellers with a wide range of inquiries.

You will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality service through phone and email, ensuring a smooth and reliable customer experience.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good English skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using digital tools and customer management systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone and email, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
• Assist with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Act as a point of contact for external sellers, supporting their questions and needs.
• Provide information about digital products and platform services.
• Escalate and route more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal processes.
