Hartmann Recruitment is hiring a fully remote Dutch-speaking customer support specialist based in mainland Portugal. You will handle queries by phone, email, and chat, process returns and refunds, and coordinate with carriers to resolve delivery issues, following PCI and GDPR standards.

40 hours per week, shifts across 07:00–00:00 on a rotation basis. Native or near-native Dutch is required, with English at B2 level.

Competenze

• Dutch native or near-native capability.
• English at B2 level; training and internal communication in English.
• Eye for detail with the confidence to decide independently.
• Comfort working toward personal and team KPIs.
• Back-office or SAP experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage returns, refunds, and payment transactions.
• Investigate delivery issues and coordinate with carriers.
• Review orders and handle business-related requests.
• Work with financial institutions and internal teams as needed.
• Apply PCI and GDPR standards when handling data.
• Use internal Knowledge Base and escalate complex cases.
