Smart-recruitments is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global, fully remote team based in Portugal. You will assist business clients across Europe via phone, email and chat, delivering both pre-sales and post-sales support while helping them maximise their online presence.

The role requires fluent Dutch and good English, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2).
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with online platforms and digital tools.
• Able to multitask and manage priorities.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, sales support, or digital marketing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional support to business customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients in navigating and using digital advertising tools and self-service platforms.
• Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Investigate and resolve technical and account-related issues.
• Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve clients' advertising performance and experience.
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.
