Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist – Digital Wallet to support customers across digital payments. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, resolving issues and guiding users through wallet features and security processes.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. This remote role offers performance-based bonuses, meal allowance, health and life insurance, relocation support, and flexible working

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with digital wallet accounts, payments, transactions, and account access
• Provide professional support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels
• Troubleshoot payment issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Guide customers through digital wallet features, processes, and security procedures
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records following data protection standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction and response times
