Job summary

BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a Digital Wallet project in Portugal. You will assist customers across channels, resolving inquiries about wallets, payments, and accounts while ensuring a secure customer experience.

You will work with an international team, meet service targets, and leverage your Dutch and English language skills to deliver high-quality support. A remote work option and relocation considerations are available.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) per job ad.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with digital wallet accounts, payments, transactions, and account access.
• Provide professional support via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Troubleshoot payment issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Guide customers through digital wallet features, processes, and security procedures.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records while following company policies and data protection standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
