BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist – Digital Wallet to join an international team delivering excellent customer support for digital payments. You will assist customers via phone, email and live chat with wallet accounts, payments, transactions, and secure access.

Requirements include fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with digital wallet accounts, payments, transactions, and account access.
• Provide professional support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot payment issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Guide customers through digital wallet features, processes, and security procedures.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records while following data protection standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
