• Assist customers with digital wallet accounts, payments, transactions, and account access.
• Provide professional support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot payment issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Guide customers through wallet features, processes, and security procedures.
• Handle complaints and escalated complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records while following company policies and data protection standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
