Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Portugal invites you to join as a Customer Specialist – Digital Wallet. You will assist customers with digital wallet inquiries, payments, and account access across phone, email, live chat, and other channels, ensuring a smooth and secure experience.

Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) per requirements.
Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with digital wallet accounts, payments, transactions, and account access.
Provide support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
Troubleshoot payment issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Guide customers through digital wallet features, processes, and security procedures.
Handle complaints and escalated complex cases as needed.
Maintain accurate customer records per company policies and data protection standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction and service quality.
