Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a remote role in Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries, assist with wallet-related transactions, and support collections while delivering a secure fintech experience.

You will join a fast-growing digital wallet project, with paid training, meal allowance, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Strong communication and empathy are essential for success in this global team.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at high level (C2).
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• 1–2 years in customer support, retail, hospitality or call center.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound & outbound calls and written communication.
• Assist customers with account funding and transactions.
• Negotiate payment solutions and secure commitments to pay.
• Investigate and resolve account and collection-related queries.
• Educate customers on history, products and protection policies.
• Identify and support vulnerable customers with care and empathy.
