BlueView Talent is hiring a Customer Specialist for a Digital Wallet project in Portugal. You will assist customers with inquiries about digital payments, wallet accounts, transactions, and access through phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a secure and smooth experience.

The role requires fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with digital wallet accounts, payments, transactions, and access.
• Provide support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Troubleshoot payment issues and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Guide customers through wallet features and security procedures.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records following policies and data protection standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Meet targets for customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity and response times.
