Job summary

Ignite is hiring a Dutch Customer Experience Specialist to handle inbound inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients, merchants, and account holders. You will resolve questions about secure digital transactions, wallet features, and platform security while maintaining elite financial service standards.

This 100% remote role requires residency in Portugal with valid work rights, NIF, and NISS. A structured onboarding and ongoing training program supports career growth within a global fintech leader.

Qualifications

• Language mastery with native/fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and professional English (B2).
• Legal residency in Portugal with valid work rights, NIF, and NISS credentials.
• Remote home-office setup with reliable internet connection.
• Experience in client support, financial services, or fintech is a plus.
• Strong listening, empathy, multitasking and organized problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Multichannel engagement with Dutch account holders via phone, email, and live chat.
• Guide users through digital wallet features, transaction logs, and security settings.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM and manage case details.
