CloserHire is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor for a fully remote role in Portugal, supporting a global fintech payments platform.

You will handle inquiries in Dutch, log interactions in CRM, and troubleshoot wallet-related issues, while delivering polite, timely solutions.

This is a remote, international team environment with training and room to grow; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• C2-level fluency in Dutch and strong English (B2+)
• At least 1 year in customer service or similar
• Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable with PC tools and remote work

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, chat, and email.
• Log and track interactions in the CRM.
• Troubleshoot payment and account issues related to digital wallets.
• Deliver clear, timely resolutions with professionalism.
• Adhere to procedures and service standards
