Job summary

Ignite is seeking a Dutch Customer Experience Specialist to represent a leading online payments and fintech innovator from a home-based role in Portugal. You will manage inbound inquiries related to secure digital transactions, account management, and wallet features, ensuring high standards of financial service and security.

The position is strictly remote within Portugal, with residency, NIF, NISS, and work authorization required.

Qualifications

Language Mastery: Dutch C1/C2 and English B2.
Legal residency in Portugal with NIF and NISS.
Remote home-office setup with reliable broadband.
Experience in client support, financial services, helpdesk or fintech is a plus.
Strong active listening, empathy, multitasking, and organized problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Handle multichannel client inquiries from Dutch account holders with secure solutions.
Guide users through digital wallet features, transaction logs, and security settings.
Document interactions and follow-ups in CRM accurately.
Collaborate with regional support desks, risk ops, and back-office teams to resolve cases.
Maintain exemplary brand stewardship and professional communication across touchpoints.
