The role requires residence in Portugal with NIF/NISS and legal work eligibility. You will work 100% remotely, Monday to Friday, with all required tech equipment provided and compensation details outlined above.

Qualifications

• Dutch language mastery (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• Residency in Portugal with NIF and NISS and legal work eligibility required.
• Stable home internet connection required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve inbound requests via phone, email, and live chat from Dutch clients.
• Help account holders navigate digital security steps and transaction histories.
• Log and track inquiries in CRM with accuracy.
• Collaborate with risk teams and back-office to resolve complex inquiries.
• Maintain professional standards in line with a top-tier fintech brand.
