Job summary

Ignite is seeking a Dutch Customer Experience Specialist to represent a world-renowned German luxury automotive manufacturer from home. You will handle inbound inquiries about in-car features, connected services, warranty terms, and maintenance schedules, delivering expert, discreet service to Dutch-speaking customers and partner networks.

This fully remote role requires residency in Portugal with valid work authorization, NIF, and NISS.

Qualifications

• Native/Fluent Dutch written and spoken (C1/C2)
• Professional English (B2) proficiency
• Legal residency in Portugal with valid work rights (NIF, NISS)
• Remote work-ready with reliable broadband

Responsibilities

• Handle multi-channel inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers in real-time
• Provide technical guidance on in-car features and connected services
• Document all interactions accurately in CRM and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with regional service centers and engineering teams to resolve escalated issues
• Uphold premium brand standards and deliver exceptional, discreet service
