Job summary

Ignite is seeking a Dutch Customer Experience Specialist for a fully remote role in Portugal. You will support Dutch-speaking account holders and businesses, guiding them through transaction inquiries, account security, and digital wallet features, delivering world‑class service for a leading online payments platform.

Working hours are Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00. Ignite provides hardware, training, and a collaborative international team culture focused on well-being.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch at C1/C2 level and professional English at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Handle Dutch client inquiries via voice, email, and messaging with swift, secure resolutions.
• Assist users with troubleshooting digital transactions, security verifications, and account queries.
• Log customer dialogues, updates, and resolutions accurately into the CRM.
• Coordinate with risk operations and back-office teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain a polished, professional demeanor reflecting a global fintech leader.
