The successful candidate will handle inquiries, negotiate payments, and provide account funding guidance while maintaining discretion and strong multitasking across channels.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English are required for daily customer interactions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC-based internet/software applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support and collection efforts, by voice and written channels.
• Negotiate payments and secure commitments to pay on later dates.
• Assist customers with account funding and advise them on managing funding transactions.
• Research and resolve collections-related inquiries by phone.
• Educate customers on account history and product details, and explain protection policy.
• Support vulnerable customers and provide insolvency support.
• Take appropriate action on customer accounts and arrange call-backs.
• Transfer customers to other teams when necessary.
• Record call outcomes in company systems for reference.
