Kats Recruitment is seeking Spanish & Basque-speaking Customer Support Experts for a fully remote role based in mainland Portugal, supporting one of the world's leading digital entertainment and streaming platforms.

You will handle account management, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting across devices, delivering friendly support in Spanish and Basque, with English for systems navigation, on a 24/7 rotating schedule. Occasional on-site visits to Lisbon may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Castilian Spanish and Basque, written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher for systems navigation.
• Customer-centric mindset with active listening and empathy.
• Tech-savvy with an aptitude for troubleshooting digital apps and streaming platforms.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced digital workplace.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift including nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, empathetic, professional support in Spanish and Basque via multi-channel communications.
• Assist subscribers with account administration, billing inquiries.
• Troubleshoot streaming quality and device connectivity issues.
• Provide information on content catalogs, features, and platform settings.
• Log cases and resolutions in CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members and escalation paths to resolve issues.
