Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to deliver high-touch support to premium subscribers. You will guide account setup, manage billing inquiries, educate users on AI tools, and handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

The role includes troubleshooting issues and sharing insights to improve the platform experience. The position offers a comprehensive monthly package including salary, meal allowance, and holiday allowances, plus a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Experience delivering high-touch support to premium users.
• Able to work 40 hours per week in rotating shifts.
• Comfortable with AI features and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Account & Billing Management: Guide users through account setup, plan tiers, billing inquiries, and renewals.
• AI & Feature Showcase: Educate users on integrated AI tools and premium features.
• Multi-Channel Engagement: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat for swift resolutions.
• Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve app and platform-related issues.
• Trend & Insights Tracking: Share user feedback to shape the platform experience.
