CB Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to deliver high-touch support to premium subscribers on our tech and AI-focused platform. You will guide users through account setup, billing, and explore new features via phone, email, and chat.

You will diagnose technical issues, share user feedback to improve the platform, and participate in a 24/7 rotation with day and night shifts in Lisbon.

• Fluent in English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Account & Billing Management: Guide users through account setup, plan tiers, billing inquiries, and renewals.
• AI & Feature Showcase: Educate users on integrated AI tools and premium features.
• Multi-Channel Engagement: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat for swift resolutions.
• Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve app and platform-related issues.
• Trend & Insights Tracking: Share user feedback to improve the platform experience.
