Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist users with AI platforms. You will educate and assist customers across chat, email, and phone, ensuring optimal use and satisfaction.

You will resolve tech inquiries, troubleshoot access and billing issues, and maintain a high quality experience as AI tools update. Strong English, problem-solving, and customer focus are essential.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Willingness to work 8-hour day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.

Responsabilidades

• Guide, support, and train users on navigating AI platforms across channels (Chat, Email, Phone).
• Investigate technical inquiries, account access issues, billing, and invoicing questions with speed and precision.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience across multi-channel care.
