Job summary

Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated English-language support for premium subscription users across multi-channel contacts (phone, email, chat).
- Guide users on subscription management, renewals, and billing inquiries while educating on premium features and AI tools.
- Perform outbound calls to resolve issues quickly with a personalized touch and identify recurring problems for process improvements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and app features to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Monitor user feedback to help reduce disruptions and improve service quality.
