Job summary

Cross Border Talents is offering a remote role to work from anywhere in Greece. You will serve as a Tier 1 B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand, handling customer inquiries by phone and email and escalating issues when necessary.

The position includes relocation support and comprehensive training to ensure a smooth start. Ideal candidates are native Portuguese speakers with strong English and solid written communication skills, plus good PC skills and soft skills.

The role

You'll be a first-line (Tier 1) B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand, helping business customers by phone and email:

• Basic troubleshooting for users
• Opening and escalating tickets to Tier 2
• Working in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow)

You'll join a global team, with a structured learning curve to full independence within about 6 months.

• B2 English

• Customer support experience is a plus, but not required

Quick facts
