Job summary

CB Talents is hiring a remote B2B Customer Expert to support a global printer and imaging brand from Greece. You’ll assist business customers by phone and email and handle basic troubleshooting with escalation to Tier 2 as needed.

Qualifications

• Native or C1 Portuguese required.
• B2 level English required.
• Excellent written communication and strong PC skills.
• Strong soft skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line (Tier 1) B2B customer support by phone and email.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and open/escalate tickets to Tier 2.
• Work in CRM systems such as Siebel and ServiceNow.

The role

You'll be a first-line (Tier 1) B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand, helping business customers by phone and email:

• Basic troubleshooting for users
• Opening and escalating tickets to Tier 2
• Working in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow)

You’ll join a global team, with a structured learning curve to full independence within about 6 months.
