Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Greece offers remote work from any city in Greece as a first-line B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand. You’ll help business customers by phone and email, with a structured learning path to independence in about 6 months.

Qualifications

• Portuguese language proficiency required (native or C1).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support by phone and email.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate to Tier 2.
• Log and manage tickets in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow).

The role

You’ll be a first-line (Tier 1) B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand, helping business customers by phone and email:

• Basic troubleshooting for users
• Opening and escalating tickets to Tier 2
• Working in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow)

You’ll join a global team, with a structured learning curve to full independence within about 6 months.
