Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a first-line B2B Customer Expert to support a global printer and imaging brand. The role is remote from Greece, handling phone and email inquiries, basic troubleshooting, and ticket escalation in a structured learning path.

You will work in CRM tools and join a global team with a 6-month ramp to independence. The position requires Portuguese (native/C1) and English (B2/B2) proficiency and is open to EU candidates only.

Qualifications

• Portuguese language at native/C1 level.
• English at B2 level.
• Excellent written communication and solid PC skills.
• Strong soft skills; customer support experience is a plus but not required.
• EU candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for B2B customers by phone and email.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for users and open/escalate tickets to Tier 2.
• Work in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow).
• Join a global team and reach full independence within about 6 months.

You'll be a first-line (Tier 1) B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand, helping business customers by phone and email:

• Basic troubleshooting for users

• Working in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow)

You'll join a global team, with a structured learning curve to full independence within about 6 months.
