Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking customer support specialist to work remotely from Greece. You’ll be paid 14 salaries per year with a monthly gross of €1,045.72 and a potential performance bonus up to 10% of your gross salary.

The role includes relocation support, training, and onboarding. You will handle Tier 1 inquiries for a global printer brand, with ticket escalation to Tier 2 as needed, and use Siebel/ServiceNow to manage cases.

The role

You'll be a first-line (Tier 1) B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand, helping business customers by phone and email:

• Basic troubleshooting for users
• Opening and escalating tickets to Tier 2
• Working in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow)

You'll join a global team, with a structured learning curve to full independence within about 6 months.
