CB Talents is hiring a remote, first-line B2B Customer Expert to support a global printer and imaging brand from Greece. You will assist business customers by phone and email, perform basic troubleshooting, and log cases in Siebel or ServiceNow.

Relocation help covers flights and hotel, with a nesting period to ensure a smooth start. You will work remotely from anywhere in Greece, with an 8-month initial contract and potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Native or C1 Portuguese
• B2 English
• Excellent written communication and solid PC skills
• Strong soft skills
• Customer support experience is a plus, but not required
• EU candidates only

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line (Tier 1) support for B2B customers by phone and email
• Perform basic troubleshooting for users
• Open and escalate tickets to Tier 2
• Work in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow) and maintain accurate records

The role

You'll be a first-line (Tier 1) B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand, helping business customers by phone and email:

• Basic troubleshooting for users
• Opening and escalating tickets to Tier 2
• Working in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow)

You'll join a global team, with a structured learning curve to full independence within about 6 months.
