The role offers relocation support to Greece, a structured onboarding, and opportunities to grow within a global team. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with remote work from Greece enabled.

The role

You'll be a first-line (Tier 1) B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand, helping business customers by phone and email:

• Basic troubleshooting for users
• Opening and escalating tickets to Tier 2
• Working in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow)

You'll join a global team, with a structured learning curve to full independence within about 6 months.
