Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a remote B2B Customer Expert to support a global printer and imaging brand. You’ll work from Greece, assisting business customers by phone and email, with basic troubleshooting and ticket escalation to Tier 2. You’ll join a global team and follow a structured learning curve toward full independence in about six months.

Requirements include native Portuguese or C1, proficient English (B2), excellent written communication, and solid PC skills. EU candidates apply.

The role

You'll be a first-line (Tier 1) B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand, helping business customers by phone and email:

• Basic troubleshooting for users
• Opening and escalating tickets to Tier 2
• Working in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow)

You'll join a global team, with a structured learning curve to full independence within about 6 months.

What we're looking for

• Native or C1 Portuguese
• B2 English
• Excellent written communication and solid PC skills
• Strong soft skills
• Customer support experience is a plus, but not required

Quick facts

• Monday to Friday, within a 09:00–20:00 operating window
• Initial 8-month contract, with potential for extension
