Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking a remote-based Customer Expert to support a global printer and imaging brand. You will handle business customer inquiries by phone and email, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate to Tier 2 when necessary.

This role offers relocation to Greece with paid training, a nesting period, and a structured path to independence within about six months. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, and EU candidates only.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The role

You’ll be a first-line (Tier 1) B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand, helping business customers by phone and email:

• Basic troubleshooting for users
• Opening and escalating tickets to Tier 2
• Working in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow)

You’ll join a global team, with a structured learning curve to full independence within about 6 months.

Quick facts
