Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a remote-friendly B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand. You will assist business customers by phone and email, providing basic troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed.

This role includes relocation support to Greece, paid training, a 2-week nesting period, and a structured path to full independence within about six months. You can work from any city in Greece within a 09:00–20:00 window.

Qualifications

• Native or C1 Portuguese.
• B2 English.
• Excellent written communication and solid PC skills.
• Strong soft skills.
• Customer support experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic troubleshooting for users by phone and email.
• Open and escalate tickets to Tier 2.
• Work in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow).
• Join a global team with a defined path to independence in about 6 months.

You'll be a first-line (Tier 1) B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand, helping business customers by phone and email:

• Basic troubleshooting for users
• Opening and escalating tickets to Tier 2
• Working in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow)

You'll join a global team, with a structured learning curve to full independence within about 6 months.
