Deblock, a fintech company in Porto, is seeking Customer Support Specialists to join our office in Baixa. You will provide friendly, efficient chat and email support to corporate customers, troubleshoot payments and account issues, and maintain clear documentation.

You will work rotating shifts to support our global customer base, ensure compliance and safety, and collaborate to improve processes and knowledge resources. Fluency in English and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Experience supporting corporate customers is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate support to customers through chat and email
• Troubleshoot product questions, account issues, payments, and general inquiries
• Follow internal procedures to ensure compliance, safety, and customer protection
• Work in rotating shifts to support our global customer base
• Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and customer experience
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to a continuously improving knowledge base
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, helping shape future improvements
