Job summary
Deblock, based in Porto, Portugal, is seeking Customer Support Specialists to join our night-shift team, working remotely with occasional travel to our Porto office. You will provide friendly chat and email support, troubleshoot product questions, payments, and account issues, and follow internal procedures to ensure compliance and customer safety.
You will escalate cases to FinCrime, Tech, or Product as needed and help maintain a high-quality knowledge base to improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate support to customers through chat and email
- Troubleshoot product questions, account issues, payments, and general inquiries
- Follow internal procedures to ensure compliance, safety, and customer protection
- Escalate cases when needed to FinCrime, Tech, or Product teams
- Work night shifts with rotating shifts, including occasional weekends, to support our European customer base
- Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and customer experience
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to a continuously improving knowledge base
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, helping shape future improvements
