Cross Border Talents is hiring English-speaking Customer Support Advisors in Porto to answer customer questions by phone and chat, assisting with accounts, billing inquiries and service questions. You will aim to resolve each contact on the first interaction and record details in our CRM.

You will need to be organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely interested in helping people. Training is provided and rotating shifts apply to cover different hours.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• Previous customer service experience is welcome but not essential; paid training provided.
• Rotating shifts apply.
