Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting for a Customer Support Representative in Lisbon to assist Polish-speaking customers via phone, email and chat within an international airline environment. The role offers full-time, on-site work with rotating Monday–Sunday shifts (40h/week) and a focus on travel-related inquiries.

A typical day

You'll spend most of it on A Customer Support, representative role with our client in Lisbon supporting the TAP Air, portugal project, focused on assisting, polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with travel-related inquiries and customer support requests within an international airline environment. Model: On-site Working Schedule: Rotational, monday–Sunday shifts (40h/week), and in short: Airline customer support + travel assistance + multilingual contact centre environment.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with native / fluent Polish and strong English (B2 level) are required, customer service mindset: Passion for helping customers, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain product/service information clearly, and flexibility and reliability: Able to work a full-time 40 hour week, on a rotating Monday–Sunday shift pattern, and adapt to a dynamic multilingual environment.

The money

1,040.68 EUR (w/ room)-1295€ without room (gross)
