This is an on-site position with a 40-hour week and rotating Monday-Sunday shifts. Relocation is covered and relocation logistics are supported; the package includes health insurance, meal allowance, monthly bonuses, and holiday allowances.

What you need

• Flexibility and reliability: Able to work a full-time 40 hour week, on a rotating Monday-Sunday shift pattern, and adapt to a dynamic multilingual environment
• Customer service mindset: Passion for helping customers, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain product/service information clearly
• Native / fluent Polish and strong English (B2 level) are required
