A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Lisbon, Portugal and is hiring for the role of Customer Support Representative. You will support customers of an international airline with travel-related enquiries. As a Polish-speaking specialist you will be the friendly, professional voice of the company for its customers, handling contacts by phone and email.

What you will do

• Handle incoming customer contacts in Polish by phone and email
• Understand each customer's need and give accurate, complete answers using the right tools

• Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems
• Contribute to your team's quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targets

What we are looking for

• Native or fluent Polish (C1+) and good English (B2+), spoken and written
• A customer-service mindset: a passion for helping customers, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain product and service information clearly
• Reliable and flexible: able to work a full-time 40-hour week on a rotating Monday–Sunday shift pattern

What we offer

• Salary: €1,040.68 gross per month with company-provided accommodation, or €1,295 gross per month without accommodation

Relocation support

• If you live more than 100 km from the office: airport pick-up and a company room
• Travel costs covered after the 9th month, plus a yearly flight home for international candidates

Location, hours & start

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal — on-site
• Working hours: Monday–Sunday, rotating shifts, 40 hours per week
• Contract: Full-time, 12-month contract
• Start: 6 Oct — and we will place you in the next available group
