CloserHire is relocating you to Lisbon, Portugal, with the move paid for. You will earn €920 per month (gross) in this on-site Customer Support role for a Social Media project, with a 6-month contract and relocation support available.

Fluent Polish and strong English (B2+) are required, and you’ll work in a fast-paced BPO environment with inbound and outbound calls to assist users and resolve order-related issues.

The role

An on-site Customer Support role with our client in Lisbon supporting the Social Media project, focused on assisting users via inbound/outbound calls and resolving e-commerce platform-related issues within a fast-paced BPO environment. 6-month contract with rotational Monday–Sunday shifts and relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad.

Day to day that means an on-site Customer Support role with our client in Lisbon supporting the Social Media project, focused on assisting users via inbound/outbound calls and resolving e-commerce platform-related issues within a fast-paced BPO environment. 6-month contract with rotational Monday–Sunday shifts and relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad. The client prefers candidates who have never worked for them before, so please do not submit any candidates who have previously worked for our client, regardless of LOB, BPO, or country.

What you need

• Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly
• Comfortable working in fast-paced BPO environment with rotational shifts
• Ability to investigate and resolve customer/order-related issues
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
• Native/Fluent Polish and good English (B2+)

The rest of the package

You also get complexity bonus of €70 Health insurance Meal allowance 7.63€ /day We are offering a 1000€ Welcome Bonus only till end of October. This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.
