About the role

An Operations Customer Expert role with our client in Porto (Douro) supporting the our client, focused on assisting Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat while resolving operational and support-related inquiries within a fast-paced international environment. Relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

• Native/fluent Polish C1 + English B2 minimum
• Strong customer support skills across phone, email, and chat
• Good problem-solving ability, calm under pressure, and able to document cases accurately in CRM/SAP style systems

Salary

€1,059 – €1,318 per month × 14 salaries (gross)

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
