CloserHire is seeking a Polish-speaking customer support agent to move to Lisbon and join a full-time team. You will provide support in Polish and English, assisting buyers, sellers, and creators with orders and platform inquiries, while maintaining accurate case records and delivering a professional experience.

What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be provide customer support via inbound and outbound calls in Polish and English, assist buyers, sellers, and creators with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and platform services, investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing order and logistics information, handle customer requests within established quality standards and service level agreements, elevate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when required, accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed case records, and deliver a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused experience throughout every interaction.

You will also handle stay up to date with platform features, policies, and e-commerce best practices.

What you'll earn

920€ x 14 yearly

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.

Getting you there

To help you make the move: accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside, portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor. Reimbursement of flight ticket on the 6th month of work, up to 400EUR. Health, and insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months.
