Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon seeks an Outbound English Sales Advisor to identify and engage potential business clients in the English-speaking market. You will lead outbound calls, support sign-up, and craft a compelling customer experience across phone, email and chat.

The role is 40 hours weekly, with a 12-month contract and potential extension, based in Lisbon. Eligibility to work in Portugal is required, with training provided in English.

• Fluent English (C2) required.
• Cold calling experience mandatory.
• Strong sales and communication abilities.
• Experience in consultative selling.
• Excellent questioning and discovery skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing and digital media.
