Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks an outbound English Sales Advisor to identify and engage potential business clients in the English-speaking market. The role involves outbound calls, guiding prospects through sign-up, and delivering a consultative customer experience.

You will complete training of 15 working days at 8 hours per day in English, with a 40-hour work week, based in Lisbon. A Portuguese employment contract is offered with a probation period.

Qualificações

• Fluent English communication at C2 level.
• Cold calling experience is mandatory.
• Strong sales and communication abilities.
• Experience or knowledge in consultative selling.
• Excellent questioning and discovery skills.
• Ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and digital media.
• Strong pitching and presentation skills; strategic thinking.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections.
