Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring an Outbound English Sales Advisor. The role focuses on engaging English-speaking prospects via outbound calls, guiding them through sign-up, and delivering a consultative, customer-centric experience.

40 hours/week with a 12-month contract, training, and progression potential. You’ll join a dynamic sales team focusing on the English market, with 15 days of English-language training and a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus.

Qualificações

• Fluent English communication (C2).
• Mandatory cold-calling experience.
• Strong sales and communication abilities.
• Experience or knowledge in consultative selling.
• Excellent questioning and discovery skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and digital media.
• Strong pitching and presentation skills.
