Cross Border Talents is hiring an Outbound English Sales Advisor to join our Lisbon-based sales team. You will reach out to potential clients via outbound calls, guide them through the sign-up process, and deliver a consultative, customer-focused experience.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and in Lisbon, with a 40-hour workweek, a 12-month temporary contract with potential extensions, and a total compensation package including a base salary and performance bonus.

Qualificações

• Fluent English, C2 level proficiency.
• Cold calling experience mandatory.
• Experience or knowledge in consultative selling.
• Excellent questioning and discovery skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and digital media.

Responsabilidades

• Contact and engage potential new clients through outbound calls.
• Identify sales opportunities and understand client needs.
• Guide prospects through the sign-up process.
