Job summary

Ignite in Lisbon is hiring a Polish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat on-site in Portugal. You will be the brand ambassador for Polish-speaking clients and contribute to a seamless customer journey.

Two contract options exist: relocation with EUR 1,050 gross per month plus private accommodation, or local contract with EUR 1,237.83 gross per month. Roles require fluent Polish and English (B2) and rotational shifts 07:00–21:00, 5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Polish native or near-native with English B2 level for company communications and interfaces.
• On-site in Lisbon with full availability for 5 days a week, 8 hours per day within 07:00–21:00 window.
• Full onboarding and training provided.
• Experience in customer support is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat in a prompt, professional manner.
• Diagnose and resolve product or service issues across channels to ensure user satisfaction.
• Log interactions accurately in CRM and update relevant details.
• Collaborate with team to improve workflows and maintain high satisfaction rates.
• Ensure all interactions align with brand standards and guidelines.
