Job summary

Air Apps is seeking an on-site Operations Coordinator for Caparica, Portugal. You will work with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and the remote Guest Experience Team to maintain pristine, brand-aligned spaces and flawless daily operations.

You will conduct rigorous room checks, manage stock, and ensure timely check-ins while collaborating with external partners for amenities. Strong English/Portuguese communication and an ownership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Portuguese at least to B2 level.
• Hands-on, proactive problem-solver with ownership mindset.
• Experience in hospitality operations, housekeeping, or guest relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily room checks and coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Run daily operations: monitor arrivals, daily housekeeping briefings, ensure rooms ready by check-in.
• Spot, report, and fix discrepancies; analyze guest reviews with LSA; root-cause actions.
