• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
• Based in Lisbon, with flexibility to work weekends and shifts (on‑site role)
• Experience in hospitality, reception, or tourism
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Guest‑centric approach with excellent people skills
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with guests
• Support daily operations across departments like Maintenance and Housekeeping
• Manage reservations, guest communications, and daily operational tasks
• Use our PMS and internal tools to coordinate and share information effectively
